Our City is an educational project based on urban planning and architecture. We construct a city, our city, together with the children while exploring modes of citizen participation, governance, management and functioning of the city. Our City is an experiential role-play and construction game.

We propose the project Our City as a challenge to enhance children’s awareness on collective actions and active participatory procedures of effort and responsibility. The program is conducted on several meetings (five were enough for our experimental implementation) during which our city is constructed with cartons-buildings of various sizes and shapes.
